Perfect for put on a toast for breakfast, grilled meats and/or complement some desserts! Its tangy sweetness beautifully offsets smoky, grilled flavors. 

We select the best fruit from farms dedicated to fresh fruit for the market. We elaborate our product in preserved of traditional form and by means of manual processes, as it is the case of the Pear of Lérida and the Medlar of Callosa of Ensarriá, products whose fruit is peeled and disheartened by hand.
